Founder, CEO

My name is Peyton Harmon, and I’m the founder of Catalyst Excellence. As a student leader, student body president, and passionate youth advocate, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful young voices can be when they’re equipped with the right tools and support. I started Catalyst Excellence to help students like me turn their ideas into action — whether that means leading a school-wide campaign, meeting with decision-makers, or simply finding the confidence to speak up. I believe in bold leadership, real results, and making change from the inside out.

My name is McKenzie Stanton and I’m the Co-founder & COO at Catalyst Excellence. I have been a part of several programs that encourage leadership and advocacy for the community, especially among youth. My experience has helped me understand how crucial it is to support young minds by giving them the tools and opportunities they need to grow. By doing so, we can make a strong effort to help youth make their ideas a reality and become the best leaders they can be. I joined Catalyst Excellence to be a small part of a big change, and help lead others to success.
